The Canadian-born DJ has used his Twitter account to slam artists such as Justin Bieber and Arcade Fire in the past.
This time, he took on Ash Pournouri, the manager for EDM artist Avicii.
In January, producer Steve Angello tweeted some personal thoughts about his career.
No one will ever care about your own career more than yourself.

Pournouri couldn't help but respond, four months later.
“@SteveAngello: No one will ever care about your own career more than yourself.” Not true! :D

His response soon drew condemnation from Deadmau5, setting off a back and forth between the two.
@AshPunani @SteveAngello hes right. Because I'm sure ash probably fucking cares about his fuckin 20% rip. Bring him down to 5% and well see.

— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) June 13, 2014

Ever thought about the fact that haters never hate on people less successful than they are? Anyone can be a badass behind a computer. Check.
