Between skinny phones that have warped in the pockets of skinny jeans, a software update that did more harm than good and people microwaving their phones, the last week has been kind of rough for Apple fanboys.
Well, it's time to focus on the positive — the silver lining on Apple's iCloud if you will.
Apple's iPhone #Bendgate has only affected a select few (to date) and those left with a hot mess after trying to charge their iPhones inside a microwave now know better. Speaking of hot messes, Apple has already released an update to the phone's operating system to fix the bugs left by iOS 8.1 and iOS 8.
The update now allows phones to connect to cellular service, grants permission for Healthkit apps to be downloaded from the App Store among other small fixes.
The patch also allows users to pull off some tricks the new OS originally promised, like take time lapses, reply to texts while inside other apps and identify songs via Siri. For more on how to pull these tricks off, give the video above a watch.
