Target Canada has been saying sorry all over the place for its empty shelves problem, and its new leadership has vowed to stick it out in the Great White North, come what may.
The store's new strategy appears to be burnish its Canadian credentials as much as possible. But is it just us, or are these guys relying just a bit too much on stereotypes to relate to Canadians? You be the judge:
